    Default Introducing new foods

    Hey there, I have a fussy miss5, and we eat a huge variety of healthy meals for dinner And I experiment with new meals every second day, but I am looking for delicious healthy meals that YOUR family loves....

    Would prefer inexpensive meals however they don't need to be cheap as chips.... I just don't wanna make lamb cutlets for a family of 8 iykwim....

    I am gluten and lactose intolerant and allergic to seafood, however I usually find ways around a normal recipe to suit me, or I just make 2 meals.... So it's not a huge issue.... However, we eat very minimal sugar and fats....

    I'll start - my families favourites are:

    Homemade veal and pork or spinach and ricotta tortellini
    Sang choy bow (mr3's favourite)
    Fried rice stuffed in red capsicums and baked

    Our favs are:
    Butter chicken
    Penang prawn curry ( you could do chicken)
    Fish tacos ( you could do beef/chicken)
    Lamb/falafel kebabs
    Honey ginger baked salmon and veggies
    Homemade pizza ( you could make gluten free for you ?)
    Home burgers - I do crab or beef
