Maybe they still wait and see? Who knows. Their logic confuses me at times!! Fingers crossed you get your payment soon.

The CCR I receive is not based on my income (the 50%) rebate.

    Why am I still waiting?
You get a discount automatically from daycare add long as you're under the cap. The 50% of out of pocket expenses you get back is in relation to how much you are paying daycare incomparison to what their cost per day is (say the daycare charges 84 per day the govt through the other rebate scheme which name escapes me atm) is discounted off that. So you could be paying say 73 per day instead of the childcare centre's 84 per day because of the subsidy. The 50% is calculated after your tax is listed because the% differences to what you tell centrelink you are going to earn and what you actually earn affects your CCR over the last 12 months. If you over estimate you get more back than you expected. If you under then you get less. Up to the 7500 obviously

They still wait as proof that you're not entitled.

. I went through this last year. Your rebate for EOFY doesn't get calculated until you submit your tax return. If you don't have a tax return then that's a dig story but if you do is 3-4wks AFTER ur tax is in.

No tax return for me and 7.5k CCR went straight in. I'm still getting it all together to lodge. We don't get CCB so maybe that's it?
