I'm writing today off. It's my birthday and I was going to try for a good day, but I'm sick, have to go to work (ugh) and am having a nice binge on macadamias and low carb chocolate. Met a friend for coffee this morning and had a soy cappucino and it was GOOD! Much nicer than the long blacks I've been having. We're getting Chinese tonight. I won't eat the rice so it probably won't be too bad. But I choosing not to care today

Im finding myself getting very very full quite quickly and then feeling sick so I think I need to have some smaller lighter meals. Hopefully this is just part of first trimester sickness and it will pass.
Im probably drinking too much diet soft drink at the moment, but I'm really liking it to settle my stomach rather than tea or coffee. Maybe ill try some soda water, that might work too.

^_^ not the fastest loss in the world, but i did stop losing when i had the implanon in for 3 weeks. So im pretty damn chuffed. All of my jeans fit now and im Feeling awesome!

In the end I had an amazing birthday. My year 9s came into class singing happy birthday with cake, balloons, ******ers, flowers, presents and a beautiful card. Wow. Very unexpected. Then Chinese dinner with my family and special friends. So blessed.
Sooo, there was cake, prawn crackers and ice cream! Haha!
