    Feeling worse today

Bacon and eggs (didn't go down well)
    Broccoli soup
    Strawberries

Actually can't bear the thought of protein right now. Makes my stomach churn. Don't think I'll be eating much for the rest of the day.

Add water to make it a thick but pourable consistency.

    Nice with berries.

    Cottage cheese and mixed berries
    Soup
    Cheese
Chicken sausages with mashed cauliflower and steamed broccoli.

    Ta for the recipe SPG.

I finished off the day with cheese, a few Brazil nuts and a spoonful of peanut butter. Feeling a bit less nauseous. Hoping tomorrow is a better day.

Ive been a bit quiet lately, the morning sickness has well and truly kicked in so its a bit of a challenge to make good choices. Also, my hotplates stopped working so I was having microwave porridge for breakfast instead of my usual scrambled eggs. The hotplates have now been replaced so I can't use that excuse anymore.

    Today
    scrambled eggs
cauliflower soup with chicken and cheese
mexican shredded beef with sour cream and cheese

I have gone from 56kg to 58kg, not too bad for 9 weeks pregnant.

Hugs TeBe! I suffered with awful morning sickness both times. Was worse with dd. No joke, I had a 2 week period where all ate was oven fries with tomato sauce, pink lady apples and dry cornflakes. Everything else came back up. So I admire you sticking with low carb.

I am a bit better today but still dragging my feet. It's my birthday tomorrow. Sucks to feel like cr*p on your birthday.

    Bacon and eggs

    Blueberries

Broccoli soup with cheese and ham

3 Brazil nuts and 3 strawberries

Am cooking a recipe you posted a while ago zombie - the chicken and broccoli bake. I added extra fresh garlic. It smells good in the oven. So that will be dinner.
