    I weighed myself on 16/07 and had only lost about 300g , then I left it and weighed myself on 26/07 and lost 1.3kg, so I must of broke through it. I upped my walks to 3km , so that might of helped? I'm sticking to weight checks every 2 weeks, so I am due to weigh in again on 09/08 .

    B- crustless quiche
    L- salami, cheese and some roasted eggplant (a bit of fridge clearing before I go do the shopping).
    D- roast pork and cauliflower mash
    S- celery and dip

    I've done a meal plan so dinners for this week are:
    Steamed fish with ginger
    Steak and vegetables
    Chicken with cheese, spinach and tomatoes
    Salmon and vegetables
    Cauliflower crust pizza (first attempt at this - fingers crossed!)
    Fajitas

    Hope everyone's had a fab weekend!

    Still feeling as sick as a dog

    Bacon, eggs and mushroom
    Cauliflower soup
    Cheese
    Subway salad (with steak and cheese)
    A few strawberries for dessert while everyone else was tucking into birthday cake (I'm wheat free so can't eat it anyway!)

    Good weekend for me - I always find weekends hard.

    I've eaten Salmon so much lately I'm sick of it. Sadly enough, it's my favourite fish.
