    Today

    Scrambled eggs
    Cauliflower soup
    Rissoles

    Coles delivery came this morning. I've stocked up on lots of meat, cheese and eggs so I should be good for the next week

    I must stop tasting the treats I'm making for DS! Each spoonful adds up...

    Otherwise, I've been pretty good - sticking to eggs for breaky, leftover dinner for lunch and generally a meat/vege combo for dinner.

    I'm finding I'm snacking less - although I've been to a few parties (kids) lately and it's so hard saying no to every plate that's brought around - I feel all I say is no, no thanks, I'll grab some later etc...I'm sure no one takes any notice.
