Just a q on bbt...
I get up to pee at least once a night, around 2-4am, and then wake around 6am.
I was told that you need at least 4hrs of rest/sleep prior to taking the temp.
As such, my inconsistent sleeping and periods of less than 3hr sleep prior to waking makes me think it would be ineffective for me to temp?
Any suggestions? Does it really matter if I've only been asleep for a couple of hours prior to taking my temp?
