4 cycles of this regimen (which is every 3rd week), and then weekly cycles of a different regimen for 12 weeks. Then surgery. Then daily radiotherapy for 6 weeks.

That looks horrendous Bond, no wonder you are stressing. Is she bothered by it?

Bond, it is certainly a fierce post-vaccination response, and is certainly a Measles-type rash.
Is she febrile? Is she eating and drinking?
I will give you the same advice I give all parents...if YOU are worried, then take her to the ED. Even if it turns out to just be for reassurance and peace of mind.

She's eating and drinking, not as much as usual but some. I feel terrible that I haven't got a working thermometer at the moment! She feels warm but not terribly hot. Just cranky, coughing a lot and runny nose. But other times playing normally so she's probably ok or she wouldn't be playing. The rash just looks so red and angry, pictures don't even show it fully. But she's not scratching it. Might take her back to doctor if no better by Sunday.
    Thanks guys. Xo

In all probability, it is a post-vaccination response, and nothing more sinister. Continue with Nurofen/Polaramine, keep her fluids up, and keep her cool. If she seems "well within herself", then that is a good sign.
On the bright side, she is clearly developing some very good immunity!!
