Had 18 month needles on Monday. She's now got a cough, runny nose and spots like this on her legs and arms. It's the worst reaction she's ever had.

The 18-month MMR on the schedule can be a bit "fierce", so to speak. (But I like to think of the lovely immune response generating protection for bubs). I would recommend Nurofen and Polaramine in combination. The post-vaccination reaction can last 7-10 days...this is entirely normal.
Obviously if you are concerned, take her to the GP or ED.
(Text me if you are worried).

Feel your pain! My little dude has an ear and throat infection and is on antibiotics! I've never seen him so sad! Hopefully on the mend though!

How is Possum, Mamasupial? 12 poos is a lot!

We still have bad post-vaccination spots here. She's crabby and not napping. I'm guessing this is what real measle spots may look like!
