Disappointed my AF arrived CD23. Seems my 1st try at clomid hasn't helped extend my luteal phase.

@tigerz my first set of clomid was 25d. Seems about right. Even FF predicted 24 on clomid and I was 34 prior to clomid.

Question to all those people who maybe had very irregular if any AF's before taking clomid:

I just finished my third round of clomid, first one not doing anything (50mg) so now on 100mg, which first time round got me to ovulate .
After speaking to me FS she told me that if not pregnant that there is a chance that my AF wouldnt come on its own even though I DID ovulate. well thankfully last time, on D31 I got my AF, so started my steps again.

Well this round, I am now D31 today and with a BFN this morning, I am now worried that my AF won't come again...I have no signs it is coming either

Has this happened to anyone else? Or can anyone shed some light on this? I know I did O as the BT confirmed it. Maybe I am not giving myself long enough and it wil come again, but yeh- and I would say I am more relaxed myself the last few months so couldn't be stress! LOL

Thanks to anyone that can help me out!!

Clomid I found reduced my cycle... and I O'd from my first round.... but not from my 2nd... however my first rd I was dead on 25d. My last round was all screwed up as I posted my frustration at the weirdness. Cd40 was when it eventually came. So u might still be delayed a bit... if that helps at all? Do u know what day u o'd?

Thanks @Sasssssy! Hopefully it is just delayed like yours!

Well it is hard to know when I O'ed as I got a couple of positive OT tests (all broken up) but with my temps etc and the drop my app FF tells me I O'ed CD18 so today was literally 14 days later hence why I know the BFN was correct! Lol.
Had the BT on D21 and then got another positive OT D22 so I could have O'ed later!
    Hard to know really!

So found out yesterday that my forth round on Clomid 100mg didn't work.... Didn't ovulate still 😢
My dr want me to stop everything for a month and see what my body is doing. I go for a follow up scan next month to check on a cyst they found last month (make sure it's either gone or not doing anything it shouldn't be!!) then he said he will refer us to the specialist in perth! He said he can't understand why I'm still not ovulating on Clomid!! But I know from this forum that it's pretty normal, but I'm still gutted Clomid didn't work for us!

    Aw @Littlegem

Ive seen quite a few ppl on 150 or 200 for clomid so u never know whatll happen. He may b worried about the cyst u currently have. Fs dont like u to have one n then get preg coz it can cause some pretty nasty complications.

Fx all good n its clearing/cleared away

How long do people have their period for when taking clomid?
I got my AF Thursday morning- when I woke and continued to get heavier as the day went on, and now being Sunday am down to spotting and (sorry tmi) but nothing on pad just there when I wipe!
So only 3 actual days of period- one heavy and the other two medium days!

I don't know if that is a bad thing or now 😁

Thanks to anyone who can help me out or shed some light !
