    I just got the image disc and put it in the computer but not being a Dr I can't tell what the hell I am looking for lol

    I have a small tear that has caused a little fluid build up meaning I have to take it easy and wear a knee brace for a bit but I don't need surgery YAY!!!!

    oh yay - thats great.

    Make sure you rest it properly though ... otherwise recovery takes sooo much longer.

    do you need to do physio?

    Yes I am going to need physio once I am a little more mobile, the Dr doesn't want me pushing things to soon
