    Ok - I'm back!!

Sorry I was writing it on phone earlier and had to keep taking moments here and there where I could

So the lead up to the big D word!! He left me a message not long before he was due to come around saying that he had locked his house keys inside and had to go get a spare set so would be running late. Which meant time to have a sneaky wine beforehand for me!!

We had decided on Thai for dinner but upon trying to secure a table for the night were left with the devastating news that both restaurants were fully booked - so we decided to just head into town and wing it. Luckily a little indian place had a spare table so that become the setting for our first date.

Now it is VERY well known amongst my friendship circle that I don't date. I'm happy to hook up with guys (don't judge me... this woman still has needs!!) but the moment I sense a guy is becoming interested in me I become all clammy and avoid them at all costs. So this 'thing' I was forcing myself to partake in was kind of a big deal. I live in a very small coastal town and of course my friends just happened to walk in about five minutes after we'd been seated (gah!!)

Haha I was like that for a couple of years (allergic to dating) right up till I met my husband.
