Has anyone here thought about doing Hyponobirthing. I am going through the classes now and it seems such a better way to have a child. So much less stress and pain. One lady is in my class has had one baby natural but with drugs and lots of pain, one emergency c section, and this is her third and she is doing the Hyponobirthing for number three.
Such a beautiful way to birth.

Hypnobirthing is that the same as calm birth?
Well had my 18 week scan yesterday all looking good measuring as should be. Resisted on finding out sex. So relieved. Lady said a placenta low so prob won't feel movement for a few weeks yet. But so happy all is well.
I'm regards to showing I really popped week 16 and someone finally asked me if I was pregnant. All my tips are creeping up so finally bought some maternity tops.
    Hope all is well.
    Thinking of u wolf5105☺️

I'll be having a c/s -- kind of the opposite of hypnobirthing! I had one for my first due to placenta previa and tbh I like knowing exactly what I'm getting myself in for and when. I know that for some women giving birth naturally is incredibly important and empowering but aside from a vague sense of curiosity I've never felt the need to experience it myself! More power to those of you who do though, I hope everyone gets the birth experience they want - I do think at the end of the day it's about a healthy baby, but ideally they come into the world as happily as possible for all concerned.
