So... heartbeat of 162bpm, 7.5cm long, 2 x kidneys and a 4 chamber beating heart, nasal bone but nuchal of 2.8mm...

Sonographer said I'm "high risk" because of my age! Never nice to hear... but I am comforted knowing the verifi was ok. Hope everyone else having scans today have gone ok!

No scan today, but got to hear heart beat 148 bpm, DH recorded it on his phone and sent it to family... He's so excited. Been buying things on eBay... Nursey is pretty much set up... Waiting on a tall boy from eBay for the baby clothes... He just bought a huge 6 garbage bags full of baby clothes from eBay today... Just waiting on price to ship to tville...

Now he is researching car seats and prams ... Non-first timers what did you use, did you love it, hate, it and why?

Thanks @ScubaGal. You're a gem. Sorry it's taken a while-had to pick my niece up from daycare.

Everything is ok! I can't believe it. Was prepared for the worst. There's a clot just above my cervix so the Dr said the bleed is either from there or from the other empty sac which has actually grown and not shrunk strangely.

Thanks for all the thoughts and info ladies.

Congrats to all to all the ladies having scans today.

I've been having sore upper rib on my left side. Didn't think it had anything to do with pregnancy but yes it does apparently it's my organs getting shoved up. Wow didn't know about that one. Ha ha. Hope u all feeling well☺️

That's good news @ladybug14 was also thinking if you today.

I'm glad your scan went well @KitiK and I'm also happy to hear your having a boy and the heartbeat was 162. It gives me hope that I might have a boy in there as everywhere I read says lower heart rates tend to be boys and higher girls although it's really only a old wives tale.

So glad everyone's scans seem to be going along swimmingly!

    We are 9w today! Yay

See our obstetrician for first time tomorrow. Not sure if we get an ultrasound then? Or if she will do a heart beat check with Doppler? So will be a pleasant day hopefully!

Looking fwd to the worst of the MS being over hopefully soon!!

    Hi Ladies,

Found this thread - I have just had a positive BT from a late September cycle (our second cycle), which, fingers crossed, makes me due in June 2015. During my cycles I spent time reading the various blogs, but didnt want to post due to silly superstitions! However I want to now, because I have moved into a new stage of paranoid following the bfp - I feel every twinge and am secretly dreading the next BT which is tomorrow, and the thought that the levels might not be high enough.
    When does the stress end??!!

@woof5105, yay congrats! Not long to go to the big 12 weeks! Can't wait for no MS too. I thought I had my vomit schedule worked out well but it seems to be changing and catching me out!

Ladies further along, how many weeks were you when MS gave up? How do you all manage vomiting in public?! I had to use a doggy bag (clean!!!) to vomit in the park this am!!!!

Welcome @ApplesandOranges and congrats! I don't think the stress and worry ever stops from here! As a friend said the other day you always think you'll relax after 'x' scan/check and you never do and then they arrive and you just worry even more!!
