Thanks for all the reassurance and stories ladies. Sorry to hear so many others have been having a stressful time with spotting/bleeding too. I've got a scan this arvo. Not feeling very optimistic as this has happened before and there was no heartbeat.

Thinking of you all with scans today. I hope it's the amazing experience that it should be for you.
I'm amazed at how nervous I am before every scan, without any bleeding etc, so I can't imagine how you must feel.
    Hugs.

We spoke about number 2 last night, and I couldn't really get an answer from DH about how many and when etc.
Then I realised that he is just so thankful and blessed that we have gotten this far with number one, and that he was sooo worried that it would never happen. I hadn't realised before.
So I think I'll just concentrate on this one. And if Pebble ends up being an only child then so be it.

On the subject of having more children, I'm with @OIC and her DH. My DH and I are so overjoyed and overwhelmed that this little one has finally happened for us that we haven't even thought about having any more. Given our ages I am pretty sure we will stick with one and be more than happy with that one!!

Well I just had my 17 week scan...and ...it a BOY!!!

Very happy, so exciting to know. Makes it more real. And wow this will mean 2 little boys as I already have a DS!

I had been secretly hoping for a girl but the minute the doctor told me I was overwhelmed with happiness. I love my DS1 so much that having another version of him is so exciting. Two little boys growing up together.

    A very special day.
