Got a tid bit for you...ladies having boys, boys will always be taller than there moms... It averages like so... Take dad's height and moms height add them together and then divide by two and then add 5 inches... The boys will be around that height.

Swelling, headache and blurry vision are not a good combo. Could you ring your Ob today and just let them know? They might ask you to come in to get checked out before Monday. Not trying to be over-dramatic, just remember reading that those things together aren't great.

That would mean my 12mo DS will be 6'5"! Which actually sounds about right, my mum is about the same height as me and my dad about the same height as my DH, and my brother is 6'5"ish.

@canuck28 I will be having about 7 or 8 months off work, slightly longer if we can afford it. Unfortunately I'm the main breadwinner and we can't afford for one of us not to work, so I'll be happy with 7 or 8 months and then part time though.

Morning ladies. I just told all the people at work that I wanted to. I have never been hugged and kissed and had nice things said about me so much in the 11 years I've worked here!! haha. It was really touching how happy everyone was!

That's great @KitiK. As beautiful it is to be a mum to any gender, it's so so special to have the opportunity to have both genders. Wonderful news xox

Thanks ladies, yes I am very happy, just wanted healthy first. Love having my girls but really wanted a boy - more for DH - not that he cares! He loves his girls and would be happy with another one. Makes our family complete x
