TMI - I am so constipated! It's gross…and painful!! It it the progesterone?? How do I manage it??
I know what your talking about as far as the constipation... I'm not on any progesterone support, so mine is just part of the BFP. I have been eating apricot/coconut slices, drinking pear juice, taking medimusal tablets (as I can't stand the powdered stuff) and drinking lots of water and eating more fruit than I can stomach at the moment... I seem to be able to go about one every two to three days... I guess this is our welcome to pregnancy package.

Btw I am from South Dakota, been in oz for 12 years and glad I have never went back "home"... You in china forever?

Thank god the constipation has stopped for now, it was terrible. Nausea is in full swing however…feeling sick multiple times during the day although not vomiting. Eating lots of dry crackers because an empty tummy makes me feel ill. Can't drink coffee…which I love! Weirdly craving anything citrus like lemon and oranges!

Only in China for maybe two more years @Soques. How are you feeling?

How is everything going for you @ButterflyGirl2?

I have my first ultrasound on Thursday morning…excited!

Is it your 7 week scan?

I haven't made my appointment yet... Been feeling okay... I am still constipated, and it's horrible... My boobs have settles down on the growing side of things but still really tender. Tend to keep them in some sort of bra all the time. Which I am not a big fan of, wish I could let them go when sleeping... But the new thing I've got is my lower back, no it's more the top of my butt hurts when I get up out of chairs or bed and has almost put me on the floor... Think it's sciatic pain... Which I have anyway... So stretching a bit to try and keep it limber...

Hope you're scan reveals a healthy hub @buterflyGirl2! I'm nervous about mine tomorrow too!

The scan will be done at 6.5 weeks @Soques, just to make sure everything is okay. And I want to also make sure its a singleton!!!

Would you like more than one? Is there a possibility of two, like did you have two transferred?

Good luck for your scan today Canuck!!!!!!

    I had mine yesterday.
One little beanie with a little heart flutter.
After telling me it was a bit small for my dates, I eventually found out from mmy clinic that my dates were wrong and I was only 6w1d not 6w4d so eembryo is actually on track.
i will phone ultrasound and tell them.
    Ultrasound lady wasn't that nice.
    why are they so horrible?
Wish my old guy didnt retire, he was kind.

    Goid luck
