that makes me feel better. My older sister said she got a cold when she found out she was pregnant too so I'm feeling not too bad about it. I've read that the immune system turns down a bit to allow the pregnancy so you're more susceptible, plus it's still pretty cold and rainy.

I've heard that too @ScubaGal. Unfortunate that you are sick but it's all for a good cause. Hope you start to feel better soon & all goes well for you

Have u all had your flue shot? I had my first midwife appointment yesty and she said its free for pregnant women and there pushing for it as there are so many bad things about and because your immune system is low it can be really really bad. This weekend is going to be a very looooong weekend. Monday seems so far away. I just want to see and hear a heart beat please!!!!

Question to ladies. A strong positive line on a hpt is still a really good sign everything is going ok. Right??
I've been peeing on one every second day. Only because my clinic didn't do a follow up bloods after my initial. They said the first lot of numbers was big enough not to have a follow up 😁

Not sure what you mean? Beta definitely was positive. 😊
Cold seems to be gone again by this evening so maybe I was just a bit stuffy this morning.

I've got a follow up BT just for my own piece of mind on Tuesday.

Good luck for your scan @shell'80

@shell'80 and others - at what point did you start noticing symptoms?

    Good morning @ScubaGal
Symptoms for me started day before BT I started getting that odd cramping feeling, Lasted up to 5+3. Then it stopped. Of course sore (.)(.) all the way through getting more so now.
Odd cramping started again 2 nights ago. And then this morning 6 weeks feeling queasy.

    How are you doin?

I had funny twinges in the lead up to BT that sort of seemed to be gas but more uncomfortable and a different feeling than I'm used to. I'm feeling a bit of queasy indigestion yesterday and today and my tummy just feels a little sensitised but nothing I can really point to that's definite. I don't think I'm really feeling any changes in my breasts yet...
