Hi ladies. Does anyone else find it really hard being at work, feeling like rubbish and not being able to let on to people?? I am really struggling to be at work today with this so called 'morning' sickness that seems to last until about 4pm. My colleagues keep asking if I'm OK and I keep saying 'yes thanks'. Not to mention the smell of everyone's lunches is making me feel blah, and everyone seems especially irritating lately! hmmmm.... could it just be me perhaps??? Oh dear! Sorry for the moan. Hope everyone is having a great day.

I understand the irritating bit @nvandmv ;-) Everyone seems to be grating on me terribly at present! So I'm withdrawn from socializing with people (chatting with colleagues at work / catching up with friends)

@BabyOB thank goodness it's not just me! You hear about morning sickness and pregnant women being overly 'emotional' but you don't really hear about them being angry all the time and hating everyone!! I'm very anti-social at the moment too. I go to work (only because I have to haha) and when I come home I just want to be in my tracky dacks and not really have to talk to anyone. I'm sure it will pass in time.

Hopefully @nvandmv! For everyone else's sake. Haha. I laid on the couch for 60% of the weekend. It was great. Tv is my new best friend & I didn't have to change out of my pj's

I'm with you girls. Hubby has been coping it big time lately poor thing. It feels like emotions change in a matter of seconds for me.

In other news, has anyone else had feelings of shakiness? Just started today. So weird never felt it before. I wonder if it's low blood sugar or pressure???

Yeah that's good advice. Seemed to go away after I ate something. I think I'm just going to have to be more strict with forcing myself to eat more.

    Being on second trimester bi@tches!!

Do you eat a lot of fruit @Happyma? That's something I need to go back to having as I've slacked off (lucky if I eat brekky/lunch/dinner) & I find that's when I feel unwell.

@Happyma - yay for 2nd trimester! I cant wait to be able to eat (get my sense of taste back) it has been terrible. All the things I usually like, I now, can not stand! Onion, garlic, coffee, vegemite - and my prenatal vitamins... make sure you try to eat to keep your blood sugar stable. I always get shaky if I don't eat - and when I get hungry, I'm the kind of person that needs to eat NOW! Lol. My husband wants me to get that shirt that says "I'm sorry for what I said when I was hungry..." !
@BabyOB how are you travelling? I'm counting down to 12 weeks. Seems a lifetime away... am 7w tomorrow so hopefully only a few more weeks of feeling like crap. Have my first scan on 17 September (should have had a viability scan but have been moving interstate and it has been hard enough to organise an OB let alone a separate scan with 2 kids in tow! Im trusting the universe. My b00bs are sore still and I feel sick so gather all is still happening in there!

For those with other kids - when did you tell them? Dd1 knew with dd2 straight away, but we have kept this one a bit quiet and will do probably till 12w.

    Hope everyone is well!

I've got my viability scan at 2pm today! I'm so excited to find out if we are expected twins or not. @KitiK we told our DD straight away but she only just turned 2 so she doesn't quite understand so won't be spilling the beans to anyone as she's not talking properly yet but does point at my belly and say bubbas! So you never know. My mum and a couple of my close friends know anyway as they are the people that know I've been doing ivf and have been very supportive.
