Wow now it turns out I've got it - I've had this ongoing pain in my left leg on the inside of the hip joint for several weeks now. Saw the GP and then a physio yesterday and apparently its quite bad More physio tomorrow and then if it doesn't improve ill be a belly bandit too.

More pelvic floor excercises and physio and maybe Pilates. Can help but it's hangs around even fur a little whole after birth.
I've bought some binding type shorts to give me some relief.

Hope the bellybandit helps @scubagirl. My last preg left me in agony - but only on the outside of my hips - i couldnt lay down on my side for long as it felt like my thigh bone was pulling out of the joint! Its extremely painful - hoping to avoid it this time! All I can say is I hope you get some relief because it sucks!

No that's fine they say between 26-28 weeks but anytime around then is fine. I think @Soques only just had hers today and she's 30+ weeks.
