I haven't posted in a long time - was feeling super anxious awaiting morphology scan this morning as I haven't felt any movement yet (20wks), but apparently all is going 'perfectly' and our icsi bub is a ......... girl! :-)
It's been nice to read along and track how everyone else is going. Some due dates for this thread are getting very close now!

Anyone been diagnosed with spd? (Symphysis pubic dysfunction) unstable pubic bone. Have had it since 23 weeks. so not the most comfortable thing to have. Was lucky and bought some pregnancy shorts off ebay to help with it. Also seeing a physio for it too.

It's when that awesome hormone relaxin is working too well and has let the ligaments in my pubic area stretch too fast. It's getting everything ready for birth. But it can affect some women and not others. And I'm a lucky one. Not!
More pelvic floor excercises and physio and maybe Pilates. Can help but it's hangs around even fur a little whole after birth.
I've bought some binding type shorts to give me some relief.

@shell'80, not sure if that's what I've got by Dr said to get a support belt because I've been getting burning (really feels like I'm standing next to a flame!!) down my right side. Physio too if that doesn't work. I got the Belly Bandit which is actually really comfortable and does help if you need something extra. Hope the shorts and physio help you.
@jonesgirl1980, hope viability rolls round really quickly for you and bub stays put nicely without too much bedrest.
@que sera sera, congrats on your little girl! How exciting!

How'd the GTT's go ladies? Hope all good!

I'm so full of a cold and chest infection thanks to the little monkeys at work. Grrrr!!

20 week scan today....and I'm on the boy bandwagon!!!

Was very clear he was a little man! I'm a bit scared as I have a girl already so it's just new, but I'm excited at the same time!!
