I really like Reilly, Mason, Hudson & Reign to name a few... however hubby doesn't like any of those names. We have been able to settle on 1 name so it'll be a big struggle if we have another boy. Lol

So, I've been getting on the treadmill (new year and all) everyday for just 30 minutes (trying to create a good habit.. ) the thing is, my belly feels really tight and heavy and I get a lot of pressure down below - TMI (like I need to do #2's) pretty much straight away... anyone else experience anything similar? NEVER felt like that with dd1 & dd2... Just a bit worried about the pressure and my pelvic floor!

We were looking at Alex Anthony or Steven Anthony. Steven is hubby's cousin's name - I have a few concerns about using it as a first name and my sd has two middle names because her grandmother went and announced her before her parents had a chance to and said it was Maddison Rose instead of Maddison May, so she is officially Maddison May Rose to keep the witch happy.

My suggestion to hubby on the weekend was to make it a tradition type of thing and give bub two middle names - not something I ever really wanted to do but gives me the option to not have Steven as a first name.

So... After falling pregnant, I've had a couple of dreams of boy babies. The first one was called Dylan and then the next dream he was Ethan. Hubby still likes Alex. Not alexander.

He asked Maddy if she liked Alex Anthony Steven Rossall and she said no, she doesn't like Alex - which made me sad - i didn't think she got a choice in the name and it kind of gave me misgivings about using Alex. She said all the kids named Alex she knows have been ratbags. I got upset and went outside and Michael followed (with a basket of washing to hang, he's well trained )

He said he was just seeing what she thought, not that she gets input into the name. I left it at that. He likes Dylan and he doesn't mind Ethan. I'm leaning more towards Ethan - Ethan Anthony Steven Rossall. The second middle name also means if we go with Ethan, his initials won't spell EAR.

    Long post. Apologies!!!

I use the Palmers Cocoa Butter anti stretch mark cream, but haven't had major itch yet - not constant, anyway.

@Emrossall, I wouldn't be too worried about what sd thinks name wise, whatever you choose will grow on her - she is old enough and will probably fall in love right away (unless she feels threatened...?)

My dd has pooh, poohed every name we have liked so far (she is 6 and makes up teasy jokes with names she doesn't like - they don't even rhyme! Lol) she will get used to whatever we choose because she will have to!

Thanks @KitiK. Logically, i know and understand that, but my brain has issues

Once she goes back to her mum, we'll sit down and have a chat. I still like Ethan. I just would prefer not talking to her about the name - the roll of the eyes and the look she gave when I said maybe this will be the Alex to change your mind on the name was lovely. I think I'm just tired and don't want to deal with the crap.

Haha! Pre-teen hormones, gotta love them! I wish I could say it gets easier (my sis has a 12yo dsd and a 10yo dss)....

I know how something can be ruined so easily (rationally or not) by one opinionated little t*rd (not saying your dsd is )
