    When I was on PPL and DH not working (SAHD too), he was able to claim newstart and I was able to get PPP as well. This only occurred while on PPL though, once I started back on LSL and annual leave with work the only thing we were entitled to was FTB A & B.

    You won't get any FTB B while your DW is on PPL. You might be entitled to the health card though during this time.

    You can try and use the Estimators on the Family Assistance website but I think you might find that your DW earns too much for you to be able to get a health card etc long term.
