@McBecks - what is the answer in these sorts of situations? Is it a case of it may just take you longer or is there something that can be done?

I've had a fair bit of low cramping and back pain for the last two days and talk about emotional! I'm so bloody exhausted too although I am back into a fairly exhaustive exercise routine again, so that can be a contributing factor.

@Mooshka - we've been referred to a FS so I'll call Monday to see when we can get in. We're both hoping that it's due to the fact that DH used to take hot (like, scalding hot!) baths a lot. Neither of us knew that could kill sperm. I made him stop but only for the past 8 weeks so hopefully in the next month or so we'll see an increase in motility if that was the influencing factor. If it's not & it's a biological thing, we can try IUI. But hopefully the FS will be able to give us some less invasive lifestyle changes that could help us first too. Hubby didn't seem too keen on the IUI option so I hope we don't have to get to that point.

    Your symptoms could sound promising!
Fingers crossed for everyone yet to test this month!

@McBecks - I really hope for you that it is as simple as stopping hot baths, that would be awesome for you. Get him some Andrew Christian underwear. Most of it is a bit "gay-boy" but it is designed so that the important parts sit anatomically correct and nice and cool! My partner is very manly man but has a few pairs that I bought him and loves wearing them; that is also partly because it makes everything look bigger too.

Lol I just looked up these undies... definitely not what I was expecting. I don't understand the exposed bum... but I guess it's a sexual thing.

Hubbie said definitely not. Might be a bit hard to convince him I think.

Lol! I just Googled these too! I thought you meant they were like pink & patterned or something when you said they were a bit gay-boy @Mooshka. Didn't expect that! 😂
They look like what Americans call "jock straps", right? I can see that they certainly put the package away from the body! 😱😄
Hubby is more of a free-baller TBH but I'll definitely show him in the morning. Thanks!
