    Hi gang!

AF arrived this morning, so looks like i'll be joining you over here! Assuming my cycle length this time is going to be my regular length (still unsure as this was my first real 'normal' cycle after stopping the pill and having a couple of wacky short cycles), then I will likely be testing around 30/31 August, so I may just scrape in!

Hope everyone is going ok x

ETA - @MrsTugs Could you put me on the 31st please? Thank you!

so i might still be in even though i'm supposed to wait until after the scan on my ovary in 3 weeks time...

reason being that after a month of no sex due to the miscarriage, Dh and I may have lacked some self control 3 nights in a row right around O time. Slightly nervous that I might be getting told off by my gyno lol. Not overly worried because I'm confident that all they'll find on my ovary is that it's just enlarged due to the few cysts it has and that it's not a major health risk. It's definitely not ovarian cancer or anything because they tested that when they did my blood tests a couple weeks ago.

So I might be in earlier than expected. Saw the FS today and did a blood test and an internal scan. One ovary is showing a dominant follicle of 12mm, the other ovary showing a dominant follicle of 14mm. With the blood test, he is looking for an LH surge, so I will ring back later for results. He's expecting that I'll likely ovulate on Saturday, so CD 12 not CD 16 as FF has been putting it. I'll likely do a repeat blood test on Friday or Saturday looking for the surge then bd like mad over the weekend. That's going to be fun with 3x12hr night shifts... I'm going to have to get DH to come and wake me up I think, because DTD is the LAST thing I would feel like doing after a 12hr night. I doubt I'd even manage to stay awake long enough to finish haha.
