@soquez great news just pre warned my numbers were same for me both times we never got frosties. Transfer two if you can on the day. Push for it. Good luck for Saturday x.

Got my ultrasound results it is nothing bad just like they thought mastitis. The nurse who called me was a bit shocked. She said it is so rare if your not breast feeding to get it. I am relieved mostly, I was pretty worried it might be something sinister.

I have lodged a formal complaint to Genea. Upsets me so much I see people saying how great they are on here, rave, rave, rave. At first I thought maybe I am just bitter as I got BFN but then I thought maybe I am right to complain because of course people rave when they get BFP and most of them get it first time, first cycle (and they are the ravers). It is us ladies who are shoved into the too hard basket that get ignored and get told next time, next time we need to get the right embryo ect that get pushed aside and mistreated.

Thanks for the support ladies. x

Hey @Sharlee32 you have every right to complain. I would to if I wasn't getting the care I am currently getting as well. Believe me I did with QFG in townsville. You are the customer. You have not been given the service you needed Negative or positive. Shouldn't matter the results.

Having talked to several ladies amount all clinics... There is flaws with them all... With Genea I know there is big difference in the doctors... And certain nurses work for certain doctors... Not saying that as an excuse or an explanations... But there is different level of service within the organisation... And only the complaints will increase the level of service.

I hope it gets you a resolution. It's not going to fix what has happened or make you feel any better really... But it might help someone else's experience hopefully.

Exactly why I did it. I am never using them again. I already have appointments with WDA. I don't trust them anymore and once my trust is taken away it is gone and like I mentioned before I wouldn't spit on them if on fire but I am hoping it will help them improve their services and it might help future customers.

Yeah @Sharlee32 I agree with @soquez it's a different experience for each person. I really rave about my particular dr, she really seems to care. There are other parts of Genea that don't gel with me - particularly the fact that they have 'a no kids in the waiting room' policy and every time I go in there it's babyville.

I do try to stay positive though because I find if I'm questioning my clinic I start to feel really shaky and anxious though because I want them to be hot shots. Makes me very nervous hearing negative opinions about the clinic I'm about to give all my dosh to, but again I think it's the specialist that makes all the difference.

Anyway, I think you've got a clear case of them not living up to their own practice standards and I think they'll prob be glad to know about it.

After all, there are 90k people on bubhub, they'd want people to be positive about their practices...

Most of them are too from what I read about Genea. Maybe I should post a photo of my inflamed mastitis breast and then see how positive they (all the customers) are then. That thing just threw my whole world, I was scared I had breast cancer or even what butterfly mentioned , I can't re type the scientific name but it was scary. I was scared to look at it on the week end it looked that gross, my husband wanted to take me to hospital when he saw it and they caused it and I emailed them yesterday morning and told them about it and they still haven't phoned me about it. It is pretty poor form but like I mentioned earlier I am moving on to a new clinic. They get no more more money from me.
