Question slightly off topic (but not really...) does anyone have a bread maker? Do you use it? Is it worth it, and what brand is it?? Trying to avoid preservatives etc... ☺

I have a bread maker. I only ever use it to knead the dough. I have bad wrists so to me it is worth it. I don't ever cook in it because I prefer the result when cooked in the oven. When I cook in the bread maker it gets a funny taste and unless I get it out straight away, goes soggy in spots from the condensation.

Made this yesterday for df's 30th. It's 2 layers of vanilla choc chip cake with whipped cream, surprise centre of m&m's, chocolate cream cheese icing and covered with chocolate.
