    Put on a med to low heat for 5 mins stiring regularly.

    Pour into jug and let cool for 1 minute and then pour into moulds (Any shape you like).

    Put in freezer for 15 minutes ... your done!!! Put into tupperware in the cupboard ... if they make it that far.
