I am definitely not a great cook not even a good one. The fact I don't have a proper oven and haven't for 8 years.

Everything in this house gets cooked in a toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker or a single burner gas camp stove.
    Thats even more amazing @anewme

What do have and I will make some suggestions.

    Flour?
    Eggs?
    Sugar?
    Greek Yogurt?
    Tin fruit
    Fruit
    Puff pastry
    Spreads eg nuttella, vegimite
    Cheese
    Cream
    Soft drink of any kind
    Cake mix
    Bacon
    Pineapple
    Pumpkin soup

As the heat bake in the slow cooker. It doesn't heat up the whole house. Only down side the wait is much longer to eat the yummiest.

    I don't have a slow cooker, it's on my housewarming wish list );

I have s/r and plain flour, milk, butter, caster sugar, raw sugar, brown sugar, eggs, peanut butter, honey, cheese, flavored mineral water, ham, cocoa, philly, strawberry yoghurt (not Greek), watermelon... That's pretty much it (it's grocery night aha)
