    It might work. The kids love it as mousse and my frezzer is full atm. I am not bothered too much. It was just for the kids as treat as it a massive week of celebrations. Dd2 grad from primary school tomorrow. Youth awards Friday for ds1 and dd2. Then birthday parties and surprise announcement party. All in the next few days.

    I am definitely not a great cook not even a good one. The fact I don't have a proper oven and haven't for 8 years.

    Everything in this house gets cooked in a toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker or a single burner gas camp stove.
