    I used the Greek yoghurt dough but you could use any scroll dough.

    1 cup of Greek yoghurt to 2 cups if Sr flour.

    Cover the dough with stewed apple or pie apple and cinnamon. Roll, cut and bake.
    Drizzle with lemon icing.
    Lemon juice and icing mixture.

    Very easy but yummy.
