I only had very ripe fresh pears so used that. Also added about 1/2 cup instant oats. Taste good and not too sweet.

    Barbie cupcakes also for party.
They are actually orange flavoured fluoro icing on a mudcake but the lighting is bad.

Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache for the icing... I had some leftover pink icing from my cinnamon bubs so decorated it a little :-)

I promise I bake more than just marble cake - it's just I've been baking it to take to friends' houses/if we have ppl over so keep returning to the same recipe as I know it won't be an epic fail.

    No probs
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/2706...+and+oat+slice but I use a 250g packet of choc chips and leave out the sultanas plus I add a couple of tablespoons of golden syrup and an extra egg - takes an extra ten minutes baking time.

I think we all go through stages of making the same thing. Right now I am on a fudge and pull apart stage. Before that it pizza and cinnamon scrolls, before that chocolate coated cheesecake truffles and chocolate cookie truufles, before that lemon cheesecake and cupcakes.
