    Default Freezer snack ideas

Hi, I've just made some banana muffins, saltana muffins and apple muffins, I will freeze a portion of these for go to snacks rather than packaged food for lunch boxes etc, I'm after other things I can make for snacks to freeze and still taste nice! Thanks

I make biscuits and freeze the dough into 3 or 4 logs. When I'm ready to bake them I simply take a log out and I slice it into coins and bake. Fresh cookies in 15 mins!
