    Thanks ladies!!

After a very frank and upfront conversation with my manager, I've been given an easier portfolio which I'm much happier managing. Less pressure and it's more familiar to me. Having some time off and getting my BFP has also given me some much needed perspective!

I'm taking breaks at lunch time to get some fresh air and sun which I think is also helping. Counting down the days till I start maternity leave!

Thats such good news everything is working out for you!

As for me.. im starting my month off in a couple of weeks so im looking forward to it. I dont see any solutions in near sight really with changing roles unless I take a major pay cut which we cant take. So im trying to find ways to cope better with the stress.. taking some vitamin b ane magnesium as recommended by a naturopath and im going to start taking my breaks well away from the office people instead of at my desk to have some alone time..
Thats my starter goals and I will go from there.

@pisang - sunshine and fresh air as well as exercise can have such a positive impact on your mood. I've also read this book called Stop Thinking, Start Living and also a book on mindfullness. I also try to meditate daily which has helped so much!
