    Default Struggling so much.....

    I wish I could find the words to express how I'm really feeling at the moment. I feel like I'm crumbling like I'm being crushed on the inside by my feelings. I'm not entirely sure I can keep myself safe.

    Hi Carpe.
    Are you having thoughts of suicide? It's important you tell someone if this is the case. If you aren't up to calling an ambulance or similar can you please call lifeline on 131114. They will help keep you safe.
    Hold in there . Suicidal thoughts are all consuming but they peak and subside in a pattern- getting through each peak is so so hard but the fact you are here, voicing your fears, tells me you want to live. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between wanting to die and wanting the pain to stop.
    Please call someone.

    My sister was told by her psych team that if she felt that way to present to her nearest emergency room. I get how your feeling and I also agree with calling lifeline. If you can't get through (i once had those urges and tried calling them but couldn't get through) then could you either see a gp or go to hospital if it feels that severe?

    I agree, please give lifeline or go to your nearest ED if you don't think you can keep yourself safe. Alternatively do you have a friend/family member who can come and be with you?
