    Default Viral Infections

I've woken up with another head cold type thing. The last one was with me for 4 weeks.

Wondering what everyone else does to help ease the symptoms?

It's such an awful time of year for viruses!
I usually do the same as what I do for my girls. Vaporizer, Vicks on my feet with socks on, lots of vitamin C and healthy meals full of veggies.
Hope you are feeling better soon

Urgh I'm feeling your pain. Usually I take Panadol, use a vaporiser, drink honey and lemon tea, Vicks vapour rub on chest, and take some vit c and zinc. And drink heaps of water. Hopefully this one doesn't stick around too long.
