Default Drinking Up & Go while pregnant

Ok this might seem like a really stupid question but does anyone know if it's ok to drink up & go while your pregnant? The reason I ask is I was reading the packaging and it says contains vitamin A.
I know you shouldn't use any beauty products with vitamin A.

But I can't stomach food in the morning so I bought a slab of up and go lol
But now I'm worried about drinking them because of the vitamin A.

    Thanks :-)

Vit A is important for bubs development but is toxic in high doses.

There is a better brand that doesn't have the bit a. It starts with my and is sold in the health food section.
My dietitian said to avoid the up and go and get this one instead.

When I was pregnant with DD I had no idea about vitamin A and I had an Up&Go every day in the first trimester because I was so sick it was the only way to get some breakky into me. And it didn't taste too bad coming back up DD is absolutely fine. I also drank Milo too!

yep - the amount contained in foods is fine

but in some supplements the dosage is very high so those supplements should be avoided
