Pacing the house trying to get DS2 to sleep. He is alternating between sucking my back (yes, really!) and shouting...ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1426931735.229883.jpg

I'll keep it for a few months. Possum might grow to love it. If not, I'll sell it. Such a shame as its so pretty.

Default Looking for other baby wearer's

I'm in 2 minds about my Tula, it's great for putting Dd on my back when I need to do some housework when she's getting into everything but I never use it when out because I'm not confident enough to wear her on my back in public (the waist strap is not kind on the "mummy tummy") and when I wear her on my front I find her too heavy.

I know if I sell it I'll regret it and I also have a willow on lay-by which I am going to finish paying off then I will have 2 Tulas I barely use, arghhh!

Edit- My post sounded really ungrateful, I think I'm just a little sad my body doesn't seem to cope with baby wearing in general, even though Dd does like being carried.

Have you seen the bombshell bands? I cant remember who sells them but they are meant to help the "mummy tummy" in a back carry.

I haven't back carried in public i haven't ordered a bombshell band yet but i am going to. Ds is 18months and likes to get all snuggly in a front carry and tends to fall asleep quickly.

    I recognise that photo!

I finally got ds3 in a back carry! It's heaps easier now he is sitting by himself, I put him on top of our gate while I was waiting for the bus and managed a ruck. It wasn't great but it worked.
