    Meals: pea & ham soup, chicken & vege soup, bolognaise sauce, and tomato and onion pasta sauce. All quite easy to make up in bulk.

    The tomato pasta sauce is so easy, fried onions and garlic, chopped up fresh tomatoes (we had heaps from our garden this year but tinned work just as well) and some chopped up fresh herbs, salt and pepper and it's done. I use it as a base, sometimes I'll fry off bacon or chopped up chicken thighs and add whatever vege we have (usually a combination of carrots, spinach or zucchini) and then pour over pasta. Quick and easy tasty meal.

    Also some lunch box treats for the girls: blueberry & coconut muffins, mini sugar free choc cupcakes, nut free date balls and sugar free shortbreads.

    today I made chilli con carne, meatballs in sauce for spaghetti and pea and ham soup. I a making sausage rolls tomorrow and hope to get some chicken coconut curries in by the end of the holidays. School terms are full on for us.

    Usually I'm stocked up ... But being school holidays I'm off work so not so much freezer prep needed. I've only got

    Pumpkin, carrot & zuchinni soup
    Pasta bake
    Raspberry yoghurt muffins
    Date and walnut cake

    I usually have much more ... Especially for my boys while I'm working. I love the slow pace of school hols

    I have this issue too, for some reason I never like it once defrosted. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

    Not much, only:

    Homemade sausage rolls
    Stock
    Chopped up fruit for smoothies
    Biscuit dough
    Coconut rough

    My freezer is quite small and I don't really have room for lots of precooked stuff.
    Also like pp most frozen meals don't turn out as well for me when I reheat.

    This is us. My kids hate reheated food. I can get it past my 11 month old but the others - nope.

    I would love to follow in everyone's footsteps here but unfortunatly I'm the same as you too. The most I can freeze is a pasta bake or homemade meat pie. Only freeze it for a week.

    All these treats in everyone's freezer is making me hungry!! 😁😁
