Meals: pea & ham soup, chicken & vege soup, bolognaise sauce, and tomato and onion pasta sauce. All quite easy to make up in bulk.
The tomato pasta sauce is so easy, fried onions and garlic, chopped up fresh tomatoes (we had heaps from our garden this year but tinned work just as well) and some chopped up fresh herbs, salt and pepper and it's done. I use it as a base, sometimes I'll fry off bacon or chopped up chicken thighs and add whatever vege we have (usually a combination of carrots, spinach or zucchini) and then pour over pasta. Quick and easy tasty meal.
Also some lunch box treats for the girls: blueberry & coconut muffins, mini sugar free choc cupcakes, nut free date balls and sugar free shortbreads.
