    Some great ideas here.

Mine is a little sad at the moment, trying to empty it out a bit before we do some major renovations.

    I have:
    beef ragu
    ham and bean soup
    sausage rolls
    choc chip cookie dough
    homemade curry paste
    and a few mystery meals

I have chicken rissoles, spaghetti bolognese sauce, milo balls, zucchini slice, carrot slice, banana muffins, and cookie dough. I don't have much left just one or two of each. I need to do some more cooking soon.

I found the recipe off the sahm website. They're kind of like rum balls for kids. DS1 loves them so I pop one in his lunchbox every now and then for a treat.

    100g bakers flour
    1 sachet yeast (7g)
    180g warm water
    Pinch salt
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp olive oil

Mix all together until dough forms. Knead lightly. Put in an oiled bowl, cover and leave in warm area to double in size. Punch down, roll out to a rectangle and cover with filling.

Bolognaise sauce (this is way more than you need for the scrolls so I freeze in ice cube trays for other meals)

    500g beef mince
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    2 gloves garlic minced
    2 stalks celery finely chopped
    2 large carrots finely chopped
    2 large zucchini finely chopped
    6 tomatoes chopped
    4 cubes frozen chopped spinach
    1 tbs tomato paste

I process all the vegetables in the Thermomix so they are nice and small - but a food processor would do the job as well. But the vegetables are invisible in the mince once it has simmered for an hour or two.

Then brown the mince, put in the veg and simmer away.

Spoon sauce over dough, cover with cheese and roll lengthways. Slice in to rounds, place in a lined backing dish. Place them next to each other so they support each other and don't come apart as they bake. Cook 15-20 at 200 degree or until dough is cooked.

    Cool, separate and freeze.

    DS2 loves them.
Yum! Thanks for that. I have put in an order with DH for a food processor for my birthday - perfect timing!
