    Thanks for all the advice. I told DH the BH girls would be able to help!

    I think DH and I need to have a good look at MYOB and Xero, and maybe speak to our accountant again (I think the program she has recommended is Banklink, which seemed very complex when she was explaining it to us but maybe I just need to ask her more about it!)

    Invoice2go and Receipts2go. Both are apps on the ipad/phone and you can link it to your computer also. Very easy to use and user friendly for entering in info (take pic of receipt etc and enter details of expense) Friends have it also, and highly recommend it.

    Another one for Xero. I have used MYOB, QB and nearly every other accounts program going around and Xero is just great for small businesses. So user friendly.
