Yep...I have a block of chocolate I know I'll be having a go at today, and most likely the lamingtons too.

Big hugs, I hope you are ok xo

Really petty but I hate it when I go to the effort of meal planning, writing shopping lists etc and then when DH is putting stuff away he will make comments like "we already have this." Or "why do we need so much of this"

Seriously, I plan carefully to avoid extra trips to the shop. Just trust me that we need what I say we need. Yes, I really do need 24 eggs. Yes, I did actually want all the fruit I put on the list. Yes I know we have some breadcrumbs but I need more than that. You are more than welcome to take over meal planning and cooking! Let's see you stick to $230 for a fortnight including nappies and cleaning products!

Haha - I think your DH is similar to mine. Lovely man, very intelligent. But my god, he can be thick sometimes!!!

You don't want to know how many tins of festive quality street chocolates have been opened and emptied in the last few weeks at my place!
    Hope you're ok x

Spent 3 hours wrapping Christmas gifts while my daughter slept. I was cheering that I had finished and she was asleep so I might get a quick nap, then my sister called and chatted for 20 minutes and by then, she was awake :-(

Repeat to yourself for next year: nap then wrap, nap then wrap. Awesome long sleep though!

Yeah it's fantastic, she sleeps for 1-2 hours at daycare and my mums Monday-Thursday and saves up her tiredness for Friday's (my day off) which means I get heaps done! I can usually plan on 3-4 hours sleep which is great :-)

Need a drink... too bad I'm breastfeeding and DS2 has been waking up even more than usual because he's sick. Sigh, maybe next year.
