I wish my doctors surgery has a fast queue for people with sick children and who need to go to work, then the retirees can go in the other queue lol. I fit both those categories today!

I can't get it through his head that it's like being picked for the team last, even though you are assured you are the only one in line to be part of the team. If that makes sense. I'm truly so over it I'm considering leaving him over it! I also think I might be crazy. 😫

Me too. I have had a migraine all weekend and the only way to get rid of it is to sleep it off. My eyes feel like they are really bruised. My head is pounding. Light is blinding.. But dd2 endless nights of not sleeping through has taken its toll on my sleeping patterns and now I can't even sleep through if I tried. Dd2 actually slept through last night. I can count how many times she has slept through the whole night on 2 hands. What do I do though? I wake up at the crack of dawn in a cold sweat thinking that she stopped breathing or something during the night. Do you think I could go back to sleep..

For some reason dh doesnt think its a problem that he told his family exactly how much we will be spending on them for xmas this year. His justification was that he did it so that they dont spend a fortune on us (which they usually do) when we are on a budget this year.

I dont see why he couldnt just say we are on a budget. As it is, we might as well have just left the price tag on all the presents.

And now we'll end up looking stingy cause we are spending much less on them (adults) than we are on ds

Hugs that your dh didn't think before he spoke.

But your suppose to spend a he'll of slot more on kids than adults and your kids even more than other people's kids.

    As example to portion.

any adult 5 to 10 bucks

    Your partner 50

    Other people kids 20

    Your kids upto 100

So you won't seem stingy at all.

Totally normal to spend more on people in your immediate family than on grandparents aunt uncles siblings etc.

DD woke up vomiting and while I want to stay at home with her, I'm stressing because I'm casual and am missing out on a day of wages.

My hair is starting to grow back after very heavy pp hair fall and now I constantly look like I'm electrified from the all baby hairs sticking up. Not even hairspray is fixing this one!
