Omg ds. Now he wont sleep in his cot, pram, swing or my arms, only in his rocker - and he will only stay asleep in his rocker if its rocking constantly. It doesnt rock itself. So now im sitting here for hours on end rocking the stupid thing.

After being woken from my post night duty slumber I've come to subway to get food (I've been craving it since someone at work had it last night). There's a queue, a freaking queue! Who eats at 4pm?! Go home people, I'm hungry!

Every single time I call my sister she says "can I call you back? 5 minutes. I'll call you straight back"

It's now been an hour and a half and no return call.

    Every time. Every single time!

But if she calls me, she gets annoyed if I don't answer or say I'll call her back!

DF I love you but seriously man, the dishwasher is right there! Why must you stack your breakfast dishes next to the sink every single morning! Put them in the effing dishwasher! We're already the laziest humans ever, don't make it worse!

But you're forgiven when I find a love letter next to my chair.

Oh god ds, why did you wake up at 2.30am, take 15 minutes to resettle & then wake up screaming 10 minutes later, then take another 10-15 minutes of settling & then wake up again 10 minutes later, over & over again.

Its now 4am & im sitting by your cot ready to pat you back to sleep the second you stir so I can avoid the 10-15 minutes of settling.

And we are meant to be staying with family tonight & you will be sleeping in a portacot (too difficult for me to reach in & pat you every 10 mins if you do this again).

How old is your DS now? Could it be the beginnings of teething? This is what my DS does sometimes when new teeth are on the move.
