Quite alright, I'm laughing about it today also! They never wake during the night unless they're sick, so it was completely random!

Went to a gathering of some of dh's family the other day & people kept asking dh if we'd had ds circumcised. When he said no they said 'why not?' What business is it of theirs? And who goes around asking about something like that at a party? How rude!

... Were they serving cocktail franks at the party? Could have been on their mind...

No one ever has asked me about my boys outside of my immediate family and my mothers group. It's a really off question. "Is he a good baby? Does he sleep and feed well? Is he circumcised? Does he have a third foot growing somewhere?"

I hope you asked them if they were?
I mean if they feel comfortable asking about your son penis surely they are comfortable talking about theirs.

Had lunch with a colleague from work today. They talked about work and what the person acting in my role is up to. I have a headache now
Lesson learned I guess. No more lunch with work colleagues!

Oh dear. It's always hard to hear how things go without us. I struggle with that, too.

Here's an idea- hurry up and have that baby! (Of course my motive is so you don't have time to think about work any more, of course it is!! )

I had accepted there would be things they would do better than me. But I wasn't prepared to hear they would change something so dramatically that will cause me nothing but grief when I go back! But then again... work colleague should never have told me!

On the baby front, i'm trying! I've done EVERYTHING (including all the old wives tales) to get the baby out. I had a panic attack in target today because a tiny baby started crying a few aisles over and no one picked it up. It made me sad! I wanted to pick it up except that would be creepy!
I went for a walk today, I ate the red meat, I massaged and squeezed bits of me i've never spent so much time massaging or squeezing, eaten the spicy food, watched non stop episodes of Offspring (I hear that works for some people, especially highly emotional episodes) did some pregnancy pilates (would have been amusing for anyone watching) and have cleaned some stuff - not because I felt the need, just because I thought I was supposed to.

I don't feel any different. I put $10 on baby being induced at 42 weeks

Lucky I have the money for it but I had hoped to put dp Christmas/birthday present on lay by once the preorder arrived but they won't do it because it is a special edition. I had already put about half the amount on it but I was hoping to keep it away from the house until much closer to Christmas.

    PS it's a ps4

And he is gonna love it! He has been begging for one for months.
