    Default Parenting payment single

I am sure everyone has read about the trouble with my real estate agency at the moment. And if not well to sum in up, I am living in substandard accommodation and may have to move suddenly due to my real estate breaking laws and harassing me. (This whole thing is stressful)

I am just trying to get a list of options together for if I do have to leave suddenly. One option is to temperarily stay at my partners house. He has 2 spare rooms. But would this affect my single parenting payments if it was only for a few weeks until I could find my own place again. What are the legalities of this? Would I lose spp and after how many weeks?

(We are not quite ready to live together and both need our own spaces. Living together would put a strain on our relationship which we both don't want. Plus he works night shift and having noisy kids in the same house during the day while he tries to sleep is not really an option. )

I am just looking at all options right now just in case I end up homeless.

I work full time from 7-5. I don't even really get a lunch break to make the phone call so I thought I would come here and ask all the smart cluey people.

I've just read over the partner form multiple times and there is no specific time in which they class it as a relationship but a whole lot of other criteria.
If I am reading it right, it would be the same as crashing with a mate for a few weeks?

If I was to do it, I would make an arrangement to pay him board, and not combine any assets/debts/bills. I'd also have a definite date of when I'd be leaving.

If its just a few weeks, I wouldnt even tell them.
If its longer being an ex partner, you would need to fill in alot of forms.

Separated under the 1 roof, and its a real pain in the rear.
