    just make sure the education bit on your families is correct and states he is in primary school

    Must have changed. It now clearly says they need to be in a primary or secondary school not kindy (so tricky as all the years are called different things in different states). So an actual school.

    I need to call them to tell them DS1 has started school. I didn't realise I had to so missed the January payment. I wish I could email them or just tick a box online. I hate phonecalls

    it can be done online
    log into your centrelink ( not app) and on left hand side it will say families I think, you select that then update school information ? or something like that :-) but it can be done online
