Dislike we don't get that cold here so dressing warm works well.
We just use draft stops and the odd heater on really cold nights

Doesn't get that cold here so warm clothes suffice. It's actually really painful when you walk into someone's house or a shop and they have the heating cranked. I actually broke out in a sweat it was that bad in a shop the other day.

We have gas central heating and its getting a good workout atm. Between one thing and another, this is the first winter I've been able to keep the house warm since we moved in (2007] so I'm loving it. Having said that, I still need to wear three layers indoors, and I'm dreading the gas bill.

It's gets as low as 1 degree here at night and has gotten lower before, oil fin heaters aren't cutting it at all.

Can't wait until the end of lease!
That used to be us before we got our heater replaced. I used to come indoors and PUT ON extra clothes lol. At night I'd rug up with a cardi & dressing gown, plus hot water bottle, curl up under a blanket to watch a movie. I hate being cold!

I live in Orange in Central Western NSW. We are high up so often get snow in winter. If you've never heard of it if you know where Bathurst is (Mount Panorama) then you're getting close! We are 45 minutes west of there.

Nothing. Double brick home and the place just seems to retain heat really well! We wear jumpers and rug up with a blanket quite comfortably.
