GL! Hope it's not too yucky!
Glad you enjoyed your Bub shower and are happy with your new care. Sounds like it's all coming together!

Instead of shower, I caught up with friends for coffee. Received a lovely haul of pressies. Nice to get given things that the other mummies have used and swear by, as I have no idea!

I did try and get a Brazilian done yesterday but kept nearly fainting so ended up with a slightly neater Tasmanian!! At least it's all clear around my scar, but I think the poor lady doing it will never recover!!
OMG! Re Brazilian! You are so brave! I got one at about 26 wks and even tho left a landing strip, I was like wtf was I thinking! So now it's staying as it is! I can't see it and I don't care what anyone else has to see......there's no way I'm going back to the wax!

And totally understand re sleeping. Just can not get to sleep!

@OIC really wasn't keen on getting waxed but got lots of ingrown hairs along my scar from them shaving me last time- not nice I can tell you! Sounds like a lovely idea catching up with friends over coffee and getting some pressies. It is amazing how much stuff you think you need and never use, while other things you cannot live without!

@OIC Sadly nothing going on here. I did have some contractions last night for about an hour (kept me up until after midnight). They were quite short though and not as strong as those in my last labour but I was hoping they would lead to something today.

    Anyone else having any twinges?

@Leafy no twinges here! Very disappointing, I keep thinking today will be the day but no luck. I keep reminding myself either way I'll have a baby this time next week! Yay can't wait

Anyway, I'm booked in for induction on thurs 29th, go in Wed evening for ripening! Kee hee hee!

How weird does it feel to know that in a week there will be a baby!
@frogpossum, yeah, ingrowns would be worse! @Leafy I'm on the edge of my seat! So exciting!

Ooh how exciting that babies will start arriving soon! Not mine for a while yet though, I want it to stay in place until at least 38 weeks

Just popping in to say my little girl arrived at 2:30 am on the 22nd. A healthy 3.66kg. I'll come back after I get home from hospital to give a little birth story.
