    That's cool @Bellydance

My wife has had a cold that won't go away, 3 weeks and counting. Doctor said antibiotics won't work as it's not viral. Nausea has stopped, but still gets upset stomach after eating. Both of us can't shake the feeling that it's all too good to be true, so bring on the next scan!!

Your poor wife, I've heard having a cold while pregnant sucks. At least that is god that the nausea has stopped. Can't wait until mine fully goes away. I know what you mean about it feeling too good to be true. I couldn't wait to tell people and now I feel nervous that I have and am thinking what if I get to the next scan and something has gone wrong. Oh well cat's out of the bag now. When is your next scan Sleepy?

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been posting. Like @SleepyDudes wife I have been sick with cold after cold after cold!! I'm sooo over it! On a positive note have just started feeling the flutterings of our little one!! Sooo relieved, having no scans since 12 weeks and no way of knowing bubs is ok is nerve racking but now I can relax a bit! My next scan is at 19 weeks (in just over a week!) and a midwife appt next week.
I've been following along and am so happy everyone is travelling well. Yay us!!

I have my 12 week scan tomorrow! We're not doing the downs syndrome tests but ob wants to confirm that the twins aren't sharing a placenta. I'm going to tell the principal next week - it's a bit scary, once everyone knows it makes it so much more real! I'm showing a fair bit so I really can't wait any longer to announce!

    Hi Everyone,

I've been abit MIA caught that cold. Bit to catch up on.

Good luck @phee83 for your 12 week scan!!

Great news @frogpossum that you can feel the baby moving.
@Bellydance telling people makes it feel so real. We announced ours after our 13 week scan. It made me cry never thought would be able to.
@SleepyDude good to hear your wife is doing well.

AFM I'm now nearly 14 weeks starting to show. Our neighbors had started to guess and flat out asked my husband. I said to him you just should have said, I was just letting myself go.
But had some worrying news, turns out my cord only has two blood vessels. I've never heard of this before. And of course have been googling like mad.
It can be totally fine, most likely mean they will have to monitor growth carefully later on.
On a huge plus my harmony results all came in low risk yay that good news.

    Hello to everyone else

Thanks frances! Scan went well, both twinies are going strong. I told work today too which was exciting, it's all a bit more real now that lots of people know!

That's good news about your harmony test results! I've never heard of the cord thing either... Hopefully it doesn't cause any problems for you!

Hey everyone, I've continued to stalk this thread and great to hear the scans going well. Just wondered if you recall back to when you first got your BFP, how long did it take or what week were you when you first noticed real symptoms?
